Begin by rooting down with the Earth element in Balasana (Child’s Pose). Take at least five deep, slow breaths here. With each exhalation, imagine you are growing heavier, sinking more deeply into the support of the ground. This deliberate act of grounding pulls your awareness out of future worries or past regrets and plants it firmly in the stability of the present moment.

Next, find your flow with the Water and Air elements in Viparita Karani (Legs-Up-the-Wall). Hold this pose for one to three minutes, allowing your body to fully absorb its restorative benefits. Focus on the sensation of release in your legs and lower back.
