Saudi Arabia’s Foreign Minister, Prince Faisal bin Farhan, recently engaged in discussions with his counterparts from Iran and Pakistan about the latest regional developments. These conversations were conducted through separate phone calls, as confirmed by the Saudi Foreign Ministry.
During a call with Iran’s Abbas Araghchi, Prince Faisal focused on the “latest developments related to Pakistani mediation efforts and ongoing diplomatic talks between Iran and the United States,” according to the ministry. This dialogue underscores the ongoing efforts to address tensions between the two nations.
In a separate conversation, the Saudi foreign minister also reached out to his Pakistani counterpart, Ishaq Dar. The focal point of this discussion was Pakistan’s mediation endeavors between Iran and the United States, highlighting Islamabad’s role as a neutral party attempting to de-escalate regional conflicts.
